No, u open L\/c from ur pany and mention consignee roukan inL\/cdocument (不用，你用你公司的名义开信用证，与RoUKANG签定的只是代收货合同。信用证上注明下就行)

I know，but china bank need this contract(明白，但中国的银行需要这份合同)，

no problem，i will go to bank for checking when my passport ing，(不要紧，当拿到护照后我去咨询银行)
make contract with roukan not easy now，because i never shipment from his pany.(因为我从来没从他那儿进货签订合同不容易)

u just keep L\/cconfirm for crab and mention consinee shanghai roukan
in purchase order (你只要保持确认信用证是为螃蟹而订货合的收货人是上海RoUKANG就行)
because once u open L\/c need 10 shipment of crab to make one L\/cmoney (因为一票的红木的信用证资金需要十票的螃蟹金额才能抵消)

聊完天，亦嘉又心情渐渐开朗，信用证的模糊概念渐渐清晰出来。
出去采购红木需要解决的事情很多，但这四件事是非常关键的：一是信用证的开立。在哪里开证，中国大陆还是目的港，内容不能开紫檀，需要开哪种产品为好？若在大陆银行开证必须是开螃蟹进口，才有发票可抵信用证金额，若是在其他的港口，可以开手工艺品或杂木之类的名称。二是资金的汇出。信用证内容，付款条件开立是否正确关系到款项是否能顺利汇出的关键一环。三是货物顺利出关。指如何保证紫檀在印度安全出关不被查获。四是货物抵达后顺利提货并运至目的地。这就得事前联系好清关公司，等货物到达后他们快速清关并转移。五是红木本身的质量。这是要求进口商亲自挑选紫檀，验好货后再装柜发货。六是发票时间，项目，金额的大小要符合信用证的内容才可以抵扣等多个问题需要解决。
而信用证如何开立正确才能让红木的采购款项顺利汇出不至延误，是重中之重。现在基本上清楚了，便可以找进口商商量开证之事。当然这种信用证是为空运使用作准备的，每次一二吨小数量的走货；若是大数量的一个柜十吨八吨的采购还需要走海运，运输时间比较长，但省力。
亦嘉知道，现在海关人员知道紫檀价值的人不多，也可以说脑海里一片空白，所以趁机会尽快走几单，一旦他们明白过来，不仅货走不了，人都可能被抓起来。为了尽快弄到钱，现在只能冒险！
尽管小莹的事未解决，但也不能整天盯着这种事，浪费时间可得不偿失，亦嘉决定明天去进口商那里，告诉他如何开立信用证之事。
